As my first term of president I would like to thank everyone for giving me this honor. The HPAA is rich in history. And with over 20 years of dedicated leadership preceding me, I am bound to the task. As a group we strive to promote the safe and sane display and use of pyrotechnics. Encouraging the display of public and private pyrotechnics in conjunction with local and national holidays and patriotic events. We also believe in channeling the creative energies of talented people into the design, production and display of high quality pyrotechnics by example of the membership through the sharing of knowledge. With six shoots planned for this season our schedule will be quite active. And surely there will be something for every ones interests. Our first shoot is scheduled for May 8th in Rochester, IN. We will have a swap meet, a short membership meeting, and open shooting. We are fortunate that our club has so much talent and resources. Working together we can better the membership experience and assist in the growth of our organization. Regards, Mike B. |
